Nice side dish, goes well with meat, fish or just on its own.
Serves 2:

- Clean the mushrooms, halve them.
- Peel the onion and chop it finely.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and first add onion, cook for a few minutes until they are transparent and soft.
- Add the mushrooms and season it with salt, pepper and parsley. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until everything is done.
- Serve warm.
