Heathy burgers with chickpeas and red kidney beans. Can be used in a lunch boxes or as a snack. Chickpeas are good source of iron, good fats and nutritionally help out the tummy and heart. Sunflower seeds - power packed with lots of minerals and B vitamins.
12 medium size burgers:

- Preheat the oven to 220C | Gas7. Line a large baking tray wit greaseproof paper.
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for 5-10 seconds, until the mixture is fairly coarse. Scrape the sides of the bowl and blend for a further 10 seconds.
- Remove the blades from the processor, wet hands with cold water and shape the mixture into balls.
- Place them on the prepared baking tray and flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly coloured. Remove from he oven and allow to rest for a few minutes.
- Serve with raw salad and sweet potato wedges.
