Really nice salad, perfect for BBQ's and picnics.

Serves 4:

Dressing:

- Boil the potatoes as usual in salty water for about 15-20 minutes until they are tender.
- Rinse, dry, halve and deseed sweet pepper. Slice into strips and put them into salad bowl.
- Rinse, dry and finely slice the celery, add to the pepper.
- Peel the onion and slice it into crescents. Add it to the bowl.
- To make a dressing, mix the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl and add Tabasco to taste.
- Drain the potatoes, cool under running water, drain again and ad the the salad. Add the dressing and mix well.
VARIATION: Add chopped hard boiled eggs.
