Grilled honey-mustard chicken wings


Grilled honey and mustard wings for healthy lunch.

10-12 wings:


  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • ¼ tsp dried garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dried onion powder
  • 1 tsp mustard powder


  • 3 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Ground black pepper ad salt, to taste
  1. Toss your wings with all the spices, mix well to cover them all. Then let them to sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, best result an hour or more to let all the taste infuse in to the chicken. 
  2. Prepare your grill. Put a single layer of wings on the griddle and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes, then turn them and grill for another 10 minutes – until nicely brown and meat is soft.
  3. Serve hot with salad.
